How the Top 40 Contest works:
Every day one member strikes out.
The Top 40 members are the forty best and highest ranked members in
the last Model Contest period. Once the Top 40 Contest begins and
you are in it, it will take 40 days until the final winner is
chosen. Every day at 6 p.m. MET one Top 40 member will be striked
out. The last one left over wins. The Mara Cash jury decides who
gets striked out and who isn't.
If you win,
you will be on the Mara Cash Home site until the next winner is
chosen. Furthermore you will get your own profile in the Mara Cash
winner section together with all the other Mara Cash winners.
If you don't win,
you will fall back into the Model Contest (see the exception) after
the Top 40 winner is chosen and you will get a new chance to be
voted into the Top 40 and win another time.
Note that the most early point you can get into the Top 40 again is
the Top 40 Contest after the upcoming one. That way a certain
rotation is achieved and not only the same members are in the Top
40 all the time. Also note, that you can't quit your membership
while you are in the Top 40 Contest. No matter if you still have a
chance to win or are already striked out.
The exception:
Once in a while it might happen, that Mara Cash will kick out
members. This can be due to a total lack of modeling capabilities
or by an extreme negative behaviour towards Mara Cash or other
members.
Infos:
The follwoing infos will help you to succeed in the Top
40 contest:
- Fill out all your personal data. The more infos availiable
about you, the better.
- Upload pictures in the best possible quality.
- Upload different types of pictures with different posings.
- Upload at least one shot of your face and one shot of your
whole body.
- A lot of scouts will give you tips and try to help. Don't
ignore this help.
